YCR warrants its Sam4s Cash Registers, Sam4s SPS-2000 Touch Screen and Protech Touch Screen terminals for a period of 36 months.

Bixolon/Samsung SRP-275A/C, SRP-350, SRP-350+ and SRP-770(II) printers for a period of 48 months from the date of registration.

4 Years Extended On-site Swap Out Warranty
Samsung Bixolon
YCR offer their Distribution Network a four year on site ‘Swap Out Warranty’ at a one off cost of £25.00 per printer (UK mainland) £35.00 (Highlands and Islands).

This warranty applies to SRP-275A/C, SRP-350, SRP-350+ and SRP-770(II) printers for a period of 48 months from purchase date of registered printer.
